Business Inbox is the authenticated workspace place where your organization receives sealed documents and shares. It is not the public Recipient Wallet — and it does not replace email.

What Business Inbox is

Business Inbox is your team’s signed-in inbox for sealed documents and shares that land in the workspace. Open it in the app at /app/inbox. Search and organize items, see status and needs-action cues, archive what you are done with, and open verification info on each item. Product overview: Business Inbox on Capabilities.

For teams that manage many incoming files, also see business document management.

How it works

A typical workspace receive workflow:

  1. Someone seals and shares to your workspace

A sender seals a document and shares it so your organization receives it in Business Inbox — not only as an email attachment.

  2. Open Inbox while signed in

Team members with access open /app/inbox, find the item, and review seal status and verification details on the record.

  3. Act, organize, or archive

Use search, status, and needs-action filters to decide what to open next. Archive items you have finished so the list stays workable.

Business Inbox vs Recipient Wallet

These are distinct surfaces. Business Inbox is for authenticated workspace receive. Recipient Wallet is for people who open a public verify link and keep seals handy on a device. Read Recipient Wallet for the recipient path.
