Organize & deliver

Business document management

Seal documents, share them with verification links, and organize what you send and receive — with Business Inbox for your workspace and Recipient Wallet for people collecting seals.

Sealed shares should not disappear into email threads. Business Inbox is the signed-in workspace place where your organization receives sealed documents and shares.

Recipient Wallet is a separate public experience for people who keep verification records handy — distinct from the issuer’s Business Inbox.

Use seals, share links, and organization features that ship today. Opcilo complements office suites and PDF editors; it does not replace email or claim live Microsoft 365 or Adobe integrations.

Sealed shares lost in email threads

When a sealed share is only an attachment in a long email thread, teams lose the verification link, miss needs-action items, and cannot tell which file was the sealed record.

What Business Inbox does

Business Inbox is your team’s workspace receive surface in the Opcilo app. Open inbound sealed shares, see status and needs-action cues, and work from the sealed record — not a look-alike attachment.

How receive works

Someone seals and shares to your workspace. Signed-in teammates open Inbox, review seal status and verification details, then act on needs-action items. It is complementary to email — not an email replacement.

Inbox vs Recipient Wallet

Business Inbox is for authenticated workspace members organizing inbound sealed shares. Recipient Wallet is the public, no-install place people keep seals they received. They solve different jobs — do not treat them as the same product surface.

Plans and honest boundaries

Seal, share, and workspace receive ship today. Advanced inbox search and archive are not marketed as available until those experiences are ready. Microsoft 365 and Adobe integrations are not available as live product integrations.
